Terms and Conditions

I hereby authorize Foy's Creations to initate a charge entry on my credit card or debit card in the amoutnt equal to the amount I enter into the online payment option. I acknowledge I am responsible for inputting the correct payment amount and my Foy's Creations Account Number. By submitting an online payment, I agree that there is a balance sufficient to pay all requested payments, and agree that Foy's Creations is not liable for any overdarafts or insufficient fund situation or charge (including, but ot limied to, finance charges, late fees or similar charges) caused by my failure to maintin funds sufficient to pay the payment amount I indicated. I understand that an online payment will be processed and credited to my acount within two business days.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 5-7 days for orders to be shipped. We ship all our product with tracking Via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
